Alyre Breau, 78, of Gautreau Village, passed away on Monday, April 25, 1994 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital after a sudden illness.

Born in Gautreau Village, he was the son of the late Johnny and Vitaline (Gautreau) Breau. He was a retired carpenter and attended Notre-Dame de l'Annonciation, Pré-d'en-Haut.

He is survived by his wife, Emma (LeBlanc) Breau; three sons, Léonce Breau (Bella) of Gautreau Village, Léandre Breau of Moncton, Léonel Breau of Toronto; one sister, Mrs. Fred Gautreau (Zélica) of St-Anselme; two stepsisters, Mrs. Arthur Gallant (Bertha) and Dora; one stepbrother, Gérald Breau of St-Antoine; two grandchildren, Ronnie and Donald; two great grandchildren, Julien and Stéphanie; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one daughter, Dorelda Breau; two sons, Aquila and Ronald.

Resting at Dupuis Funeral Home Ltd. with visiting hours on Wednesday from 2 to 6:30 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Notre-Dame de l'Annonciation, Pré-d'en-Haut with interment in the Parish Cemetery.
